How to Prepare For Your Appointment?
• Arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive early I ask that you stay in your car and notify me by text that you have arrived, and I will contact you when I'm ready for you to come inside.
• Absolutely no eye makeup- which includes mascara, eyeliner, or concealer.
If you arrive with makeup on please remember I will have to remove it, and that time will be taken from your appointment time! You will also be charged $5 for the inconvenience.
** More time cleaning, less time lashing!
• Please silence your phones, no text or calls answered during appointment. I will not help with reading or picking up calls while your eyes are closed.
• No food or drinks allowed.
• Avoid caffeine before your scheduled appointment.
•Average length of appointments last between 2-3 hours so come prepared. You may bring a blanket from home if you tend to get cold, earbuds or AirPods if you’d rather listen to your choice of music or podcasts, etc.
•Keep in mind that your eyes must stay shut during service. No persistent opening while I'm applying lashes, because this will cause your eyes to become sensitive. It will also take away time I have to complete your service so please be considerate.
•No children are allowed in the treatment room or left unattended while in the studio. ***PLEASE READ POLICIES LISTED BELOW***
Navigating COVID-!9 Together
We all know how important hygiene is at this point in time, so here are some steps to take into action while in the salon.
·When entering the salon please have a mask on. I ask this to keep not only keep you safe but others as well.
·BEFORE entering the room please WASH YOUR HANDS in the restroom. Hand sanitizer will be provided as well in the service area.
·If you tend to get cold you may bring in a clean blanket from home. None will be provided at this time.
·If you arrive before your appointment time please stay in your vehicle. You may use the Check-In feature on Vagaro so that I am notified of your arrival.
·No other guests are allowed other than the person scheduled. We ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment.
·Do not come in if you are suffering from any of the following symptoms: fever, headache, dry cough, body aches or chills, nausea, vomiting, or difficulty breathing.
·Please reschedule your appointment if you have came into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

Any client that wishes to cancel must do so within 48 hours of appointment scheduled. Please cancel through the booking system Vagaro. Due to past experience text messages will no longer be acceptable as a notification of cancellation. If appointment is not cancelled before the 48 hour mark you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment cost and will be charged on the card that is on file.
No shows will be charged 100% of appointment cost if not following our Cancellation Policy. Confirmations are sent out after making appointment, so please make sure that your information is correct on Client Intake Form and the Vagaro App. Client will be allowed ONE NO SHOW! The following No Show will be a dismissal of any upcoming appointments. It will not be tolerated.
Clients are required to pay a 20% deposit to secure appointment slot. Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposit will go towards your upcoming appointment.
Eye makeup must be removed before your scheduled appointment. This includes no eyeliner, mascara on top or bottom, or concealer. If not removed you will be charged a $5.00 fee for removal and cleansing.
Clients are required to silence phones before entering building. ABSOLUTELY no calls or texts during appointment! I will not respond to text messages or pick up any phone calls for you unless there is an emergency. If you must take a call I ask that you please step outside to take it and be respectful of the other clients receiving services.
Due to lash extensions requiring such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that promotional services, or gift certificates purchased are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale.
Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by Lashes By Kaylin (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Lashes By Kaylin will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact Lashes By Kaylin immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
